Terms and Conditions

June 2026 platform terms update

24 Yacht Brokers is an information, live feed, listing and communication service for yacht brokerage. By using this site, creating an account, joining feeds, replying to messages, placing adverts or submitting listings, you agree to use the service lawfully and honestly.

Live feeds and email content

Feeds are designed so subscribers can choose the information they want to receive. Participating companies may send relevant content, offers, availability, news, adverts, brochures, reports or market updates to selected lists. We may refuse, moderate, limit or remove content that is irrelevant, misleading, unlawful, excessive, unsafe or inconsistent with the selected list.

No disclosure of subscriber details by default

Joining a list does not automatically disclose your direct contact details to participating vendors. If you reply, request contact, request documents, request an ESG report, submit an RFQ or otherwise choose to share details, those details may be passed to the relevant recipient so they can respond.

Listings, adverts and marketplace information

Yacht, aircraft, car, property, holiday, service, event, port and supplier listings or adverts are supplied by third parties unless stated otherwise. We do not guarantee availability, ownership, title, specification, price, location, suitability, finance, charter status, legal compliance, safety, survey condition, planning status, developer status, delivery date or investment performance. Users must verify important details directly with the relevant seller, broker, agent, developer, advertiser or professional adviser before acting.

Email rules and unsubscribe handling

Senders must only send content to appropriate lists, must not bypass our unsubscribe or preference systems, and must not harvest, export or misuse subscriber information. Subscribers can pause or unsubscribe from feeds. We may retain suppression records to prevent further marketing to unsubscribed addresses.

Documents, reports and AI-assisted checks

Where the site offers ESG reports, RFQs, certificates, crew/captain verification, document uploads, AI-assisted moderation or matching, these tools are provided to support review and administration. They do not replace professional advice, identity checks, legal due diligence, surveys, aviation checks, maritime checks, property checks, employment checks or regulatory compliance checks.

Adverts and paid promotions

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring advert claims, images, offers and targeting are lawful, accurate and authorised. We may label, place, rotate, reject or remove adverts where needed to protect the service or its users.
